Training Options
Ages 3+
30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute lessons
All abilities are welcomed!
Skills Mastery
Our students receive customized training plans that most effectively lead to achieving their desired skills.
Learn flips, handsprings, fundamental tumbling, and more!
Adaptive PE
Our programs are fully inclusive! We are trained to accommodate our lessons to children who have:
-Autism (low to high functioning)
-ADHD (both subtypes)
-Gross motor delays
-Emotional irregularities
-Low self-esteem
Small Group Lessons
We offer general lessons on the core foundations of acrobatics, as well as skills-focused training to master specific moves.
2-4 kids per group.
