Waiver

LESSON PACKAGES: After your first lesson, unless otherwise specified, you are committing to a 5-lesson package, paid in full. Lessons can be scheduled at varying times across an unrestricted number of weeks with no expiration.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Please notify your instructor as soon as you know that you cannot attend your scheduled lesson. We will attempt to provide a makeup date for your lesson. All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance. 

LATE CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation is considered late when the lesson is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or the lesson is missed without canceling. In either case, we will charge the full cost of the lesson.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE: You may schedule an unlimited number of lessons in advance. Lesson time slots are open to the public and are not guaranteed until you have confirmed your lesson.

PAYMENTS: All payments to Neighborhood Acrobat are nonrefundable.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If a lesson is canceled due to unsuitable weather conditions, you will not be charged for the missed lesson. If the weather indicates any probability of precipitation within 3 hours of the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be canceled at the instructor’s discretion and you will be notified immediately.
